Mrs. Melinda Piercefield

This is Melinda Piercefield's fifth year as a diagnostician in FWISD and her second year at Westpark Elementary (although she has been a Westpark parent since 2017 when her youngest started Kindergarten and her oldest started second grade). When not at school, Melinda enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching both of her daughters play volleyball, encouraging her youngest in her horseback riding endeavors, and cheering on the Bobcats as her oldest is a BMHS cheerleader. Melinda feels privileged to be a part of the Westpark family. Her heart's desire is to help students and families by identifying students' strengths and weaknesses and making recommendations that will help students in special education be successful, not only in their learning environment, but also in life.
